The Forest 08:55
A gentle breeze blew the clouds away The lively forest had a lot to say The river was flowing, the water so clear It felt just like a new frontier. Looking out over the ocean I ponder the meaning of life Thoughts pass by Like clouds in the sky And darkness turns into light. Civilisations have come and gone But you and I are still here The future in our hands Ready to make amends To live in peace and harmony.
